With a long history of integrating MXit into our campaigns, we were quite keen to learn about the new MXit API at their launch yesterday. While it hasn’t provided full and rich access to the platform, it is an important step in the right direction.

Mxit is a dominant mobile channel within South Africa and learning how to get the most out of it is an ongoing experience. Here’s some key learnings we made on a recent campaign.
