We're working on totally redoing the live chat and it will be in the next release of Woopra. We've put in a ton of the features people have been requesting, making it easier to use and more valuable. Be aware that during this phase of testing, do not use the Woopra WordPress Plugin with any of the release candidates. We've totally rewritten the underlying code of Woopra and the server, making it faster and more powerful than ever, but the two versions don't play well together yet. :D When we release the next version, you will automatically be upgraded, bringing all the fun new features to your Woopra experience.
